FISCAL INCENTIVES

  • Exemption from Real Property Tax-Basic one (1) year from the date of registration.
  • Incentive equivalent to thirty-five percent (35%) Provincial Share of RPT with the following conditions:
    1. Basic for one (1) year from the time of registration
    2. The real property is in the name of investor
    3. The property is intended for business and investment within the territorial jurisdiction of the province
  • Exemption from Tax on Transfer of Real Property Ownership with the following conditions:
    1. The real property is in the name of investor
    2. The property is intended for business and investment within the territorial jurisdiction of the province
  • Exemption from Franchise Tax for one (1) year from the date of registration
  • Exemption from Printing and Publication tax for one (1) year from the date of registration
  • Exemption from Amusement Tax for one (1) year from the date of registration
  • Exemption from Annual Fixed Tax for one (1) year from the date of registration
  • Exemption from Governor’s Permit and other fees related to the business for three (3) years or upon the discretion of the Governor


NON-FISCAL INCENTIVES

  • Provision of a One-Stop Documentation Center for simplified documentation procedures
  • Assistance in securing local permits and licenses
  • Consistent support for industrial peace
  • Assistance in labor recruitment and arbitration
  • Assistance in securing direct source of electric power, water supply, connection and other public utilities
  • Facilitating service communications with local utilities
  • Assistance in identifying suitable business locations or factory
  • Assistance in the negotiation of special rates for industries with a minimum load of at least 1000 kilowatts
  • Assistance in selection and negotiation of right of way
  • Facilitating access to financial and technical assistance programs of the government
  • Joint venture market-matching
